This amazing tool can be used to share the notes you've taken using our other tools in your eBook with anyone you choose to share them with!
All you have to do is create your own group and then share the code with whomever you desire to share your beautiful notes with :)
Here's a guide to how to create your group and get your code so you can start collaborating!
Just something to note before we get into this, we've had this tool on version 5 of our eReader, but now we have it on version 6. For your convenience, I'm just going to go ahead and give you a rundown for both!
You're going to start off the same way you would to access any fantastic tool we use at RedShelf: Clicking 3-lined toolbar on the top-left corner of your browser and then clicking "Collaboration"
That should lead you to this page:
You then click "Create a New Group," enter a name for your group, and you should have a code you can then share!
Now the steps to collaborate in version 5 are very similar in version 6. However, it does look a little different. So let's walk through that too!
Just like in version 5, you're going to look at the top-left corner of your browser and click on the four-lined toolbar and click on "Collaboration." That should lead you here:
Now once you're here, if you have a code, you can go ahead and enter it to see notes from someone that's shared them to you. Otherwise, to share your notes, you're going to go ahead and click "Share My Notes" and give your notes a title:
Once you click "Start Sharing," you should get a brilliantly-made random code:
Now you should be able to go and collaborate with your fellow RedShelfers :)
