If you're experiencing issues redeeming your code for an eBook on RedShelf, do not worry -- your book hasn't been stolen or lost, but there might be three possible issues:
- Your school bookstore might have automatically redeemed the code under your RedShelf.com account. Visit redshelf.com and try logging in with the email address you gave the bookstore. Need to reset your password? Here's how to do that.
- You could have already redeemed that code under a different account. Maybe you're signed in with your personal email, but a week ago you redeemed the code under your school email? Or perhaps the bookstore you purchased from went ahead and redeemed your book for you, on the email address they had on file? Give these steps a try with some of your other email addresses!
- Just for the sake of accuracy, please ensure that RedShelf is the eBook provider that is meant to fulfill your order. Your bookstore might use other providers. We don't like it, but we get it...we're not jealous.
