Quick note: though RedShelf hosts the courseware code you use on Pearson's site, we cannot directly troubleshoot usability errors on their platform. To help as best we can, here are a list of troubleshooting steps to follow when you're having trouble with your Pearson courseware!
First, try completely signing out of any Pearson site and your Learning Management System (Blackboard, Moodle, D2L, etc) account.
Clear your Browser History and Cache, and delete Cookies, and then check your browser settings:

Once you have completed these steps, then reboot your computer. This usually takes care of all signing in issues or errors with things not loading properly.
If after completing all of the above, the Lab is still not functioning properly, then you should contact Tech Support:
